Let’s start with the owner Rich…. He is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and best of all no high pressure sales tactics. He delivered right on time. Also the prices on the windows were amazing .He even sent a basket and shows up on the job to make sure everything went well.
The crew was wonderful. They were respectful, clean, efficient and even found a small flaw in the glass of one of the windows ( I didn’t even see it). They let Rich know right away.
The quality of the windows are great! We could already feel the difference immediately. We had 13 windows replaced including a picture window on the first floor of our home. We are absolutely using them again next year to do the second floor of our home.
I would very strongly recommend them to family , friends and neighbors. Please don’t hesitate they are wonderful!
