Richard Allen
Owner
About Richard
Rich is the managing partner responsible for the day to day operation including the supervision of the sales team and installation crews.
He has been a Sales Director for Andersen Window Corp, Bayport, MN from 2006-2013 and VP Sales for MIWD, Gratz PA from 2014-2020 where he was responsible for the Window World business across the US. During that time frame he has become an AAMA Installation Master Certification trainer and has conducted certification classes for over 600 Window World installers.
Rich has been in the window and door business since 1986 and is called upon regularly to visit jobsites and trouble shoot any issues involving installation. Prior to that, Rich was an Infantry Captain in the US Army.

Richard, however, was able to use parts from another window company in order to salvage the balance to my otherwise perfect window. Not only that, but he did it for FREE! I asked to pay him but he refused, however, I did get him to tell me of a favorite charity. His motive was clear: good service means good recommendations and his pay-it-forward attitude works for me!

Window World, Inc. also supports the Veterans Airlift Command, a nonprofit organization that facilitates free air transportation to wounded veterans and their families. To date, Window World has sponsored over 115 missions throughout the U.S., surpassing more than $2.5 million in donations and in-kind contributions.
