I was visiting my elderly sister in Eastchester and she has been having trouble with a storm door that gets stuck and I contactes Window World and spoke with Richard. Allen who informed me that he would come the next day , which was a saturday, and he showed up early saturday morning and repaired the storm door track . He refused to take any compensation and indicated that he had a sibling and was wanting to help . He was extremely gracious and fixed the problem very quickly.. My impression is that he is a very rare individual with a significant sense of family and integrity . He solved a very difficult problem for us as a family .We are very greatful for our experience.
