The salesman we initially worked with retired and moved to FL. They don’t make em like him anymore. He was informative and thorough, gave us time to make our decision. The day of installation went without a hitch. The office manager was highly communicative throughout the process. The company owner, operations manager and install team were professional, an A+ team producing high quality output. Since the installation, our new windows have and continue to stand against heavy storms (snow & rain) and high winds with no issue. It is quiet and peaceful inside the house, no more drafts! I am a retired senior and had a broken window. I asked my neighbor for help. He called Window World for me. I spoke to the owner, Rich. He came over the next day and figured out the problem and ordered the part from a company he did not even buy from in his business and paid for the part. After the parts came in he came and made the repairs and did not charge me a penny more than what he paid for the parts $15. Amazing to find people who truly help each other this day and age. I was so pleased that my neighbor recommended them to me. Rich and Window World really are professional and do what they say they will do for you.
