I was visiting my elderly sister in Eastchester and she has been having trouble with a storm door that gets stuck and I contactes Window World and spoke with Richard. Allen who informed me that he would come the next day , which was a saturday, and he showed up early saturday morning and repaired the storm door track . He refused to take any compensation and indicated that he had a sibling and was wanting to help . He was extremely gracious and fixed the problem very quickly.. My impression is that he is a very rare individual with a significant sense of family and integrity . He solved a very difficult problem for us as a family .We are very greatful for our experience.

Salesman was great to work with. On installation day a crew came, worked efficiently and cleaned up behind themselves. It was a great experience.

We had a great experience here. Richard was so helpful, and we got our window significantly faster than other places could do it (within a few days, as opposed to 6-8 weeks) for a fraction of the cost. They checked in with me throughout the process, answered all my questions, and did exactly what was promised. I will definitely come back here for my next window project.

I needed some information and advice about a problem we were having with our windows. Richard was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as generous with his time. With just the smallest bit of information, he drew on what seemed like decades of experience in this industry to give me a wealth of information and solid guidance for my particular circumstance. He offered his services of course, but was not in the least pushy - in fact assuring me that my windows were in fact functioning perfectly well and I shouldn't rush to replace them. Quite a find! I highly recommend Richard for anything window-related!! When I am ready to replace, he will be my first call!

The team was very nice and they did a great job installing!
Boris was awesome and so is Richard Allen the owner. They made process easy. I contacted other window companies and no one showed me the product like they did and took the time to go over my questions.
Install was clean, like they were never here.
Going to reach out again when I need the second floor done.
Would recommend!
