Wrote an email requesting a quote at 830pm and got a call 10 minutes later. The owner Rich walked me through the issue and made a recommendation for how to repair without replacement. Really helpful, genuinely knowledgeable, and focused on the best result above sales pressure.

Window World did a great job of replacing two windows in our condominium. They worked with us by submitting their proposal to match all the other windows in the complex per the Association's strict requirements. On the day of installation, they were in and out in no time and left nothing for us to clean up.

Previous owners have lifetime warranty and it was time to change the doors. We had 3 doors to change in total over the span a day and a half. Alonzo (coordinator) and Kim communicate very well - all my questions are answered thoroughly, which helps being new to this whole process. Installers were great and kind. They’re dedicated to getting a tough job done in just a few hours! They replaced 3 doors along with a panel of glass next to one of the doors. They answered my questions about the doors as well while they worked and consistently maintained a professional attitude! Definitely recommend Window World!

I reached out to Rich re: issues w my screen doors and he came out to look, helped me fix them and rehang and also made a great referral to get a cracked window fixed. He is truly helpful, good natured, informative and a great small business man. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any of your window issues. He’s a solid citizen.

Rich Allen came out, looked at our problem (even a side problem that wasn't windows) and gave amazing explanations as to the products we had, the issue, and possible solutions. He did not try to scam us into buying new windows like other companies before and even suggested another service provider that would be able to help us.

Great Experience! Fast, Friendly and Professional Service!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Richard - The owner of Window World (Tuckahoe, NY), and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Not only did Richard re-net my screen door with remarkable efficiency and quality, leaving it better than new, but he also went above and beyond by doing it for FREE.
Richard's service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. And I found his commitment to customer satisfaction to be truly commendable.
If you're in need of window replacement services, I highly recommend Richard @ Window World. His exceptional service and personal touch make him stand out from the rest... Five stars!

Had 3 windows replaced by window world yesterday and they were phenomenal. Henry and his crew were very professional, courteous, respectful of my property and hard workers. Very efficient, arrived on time, and did a nice job cleaning up after completing the job. I would definitely recommend them for a job well done.
