I contacted Rich at Window World Westchester based on a recommendation, and I am pleased to say that he went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find and replace the hardware in some very old, unlabeled windows. I’m sure it was not easy to find the replacement parts, and I appreciated the extra effort that it undoubtedly took to ultimately find compatible parts. He is very knowledgeable and the installation went smoothly. I’m a very happy customer and would definitely recommend Rich at Window World Westchester!

We contacted Window World Westchester for an estimate to replace a failing garden window. Rich, the Owner, was honest and upfront about the cost to replace the window. He felt our window is repairable and happily gave DIY recommendations to fix the broken handle and a referral to someone who can replace the failed sealed glass sections. He also gave a referral for someone to make a small repair to a sliding patio door. Based on our recent experience and other customer reviews, we would definitely recommend Window World Westchester to friends and family for their window and door needs. Thank you for your help Rich!

Richie, the owner of Window World Westchester – what a nice guy - very personable and professional! Can’t say enough about him. The guys that came to replace window, Luis and Christopher, were so respectful and professional – can’t say enough about them either. They were absolutely a delight to work with. They don’t try to rip you off like other places we’ve called. They are extremely reasonable. They went out of their way to find the appropriate window – installed it and cleaned up as if they were never here! What an amazing job. The employees were so nice, neat, very respectful of putting there shoe coverups on and off when leaving the house, really just wonderful. After months of trying get another distributor to even make an appointment with, their salesman showed up 2 days later, filled out all the paperwork, I gave a deposit and when they came in, called me and it was installed. Cleaned up like they were never here. FORGET ALL THE OTHERS, this is the company!!

Best experience for service. We've had our windows for over 15 years and when one wouldn't stay in the open position and the other had a broken part we called window world. Rich the owner ordered the parts and came over and took care of both windows. NO CHARGE! I've learned long ago that yes you can shop around and perhaps save some money here and there but in the end SERVICE is what it's all about. Rich is professional and a real gentleman. I had a great experience with window world Westchester. My windows are well over 12 years old. When I moved into my house the lifetime warranty was transferred to me. After 12 years only two out of my 12 windows had small problems. Rich from window world came out and couldn’t have been more helpful replacing the lower half of one window and the sash on the other. When I asked him what I owed him he said it’s a lifetime warranty -no charge. Needless to say I’m impressed and very happy with my fast, friendly and courteous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Window World Westchester! I had all of my windows replaced. The winters no longer feel as cold. I have had the pleasure of meeting Rich, the owner, who personally came to check on one of my windows. He adjusted something small and have had no problems since. Their customer service is great!
