I reached out to this company regarding some siding and door repairs. The owner was gracious enough to stop by to look at the issues, although it was not one of their general provided services. He fixed the issue with my patio door. He also gave me a referral to someone that can fix this issue with another outside door.

Window World was a pleasure to work with. They came into my home and they installed the new windows and disposed of the old ones. They were very professional and cleaned up after the install. Definitely recommend Window World Westchester.
They have performed a great quality job. The windows look great and are of good quality. Price is fixed not inflated like other window companies that have ridiculous high prices. As far as lifetime warranty, they mean it. I had previous Windows installed that had manufacturing defects and the owner Rich, replaced them without any issues. Down to earth owner that cares and makes sure customer is happy. Very happy l, wouldn't use anyone else.

Richard Allen fixed my window with the sort of expertise that only someone with years of experience could muster. My window's manufacturer went out of business and the parts were not available. Richard, however, was able to use parts from another window company in order to salvage the balance to my otherwise perfect window. Not only that, but he did it for FREE! I asked to pay him but he refused, however, I did get him to tell me of a favorite charity. His motive was clear: good service means good recommendations and his pay-it-forward attitude works for me!
